At Coffee Cloud HN, we craft high-quality Honduran coffee, carefully selected, roasted, and packaged using natural and sustainable methods.
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want your experience to be as authentic as every cup we create.

1. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns on any products.

Due to the nature of our products as food items, returns are not permitted under any circumstances.
This policy ensures the safety, freshness, and integrity of every product, preventing any risk of contamination or handling after delivery.

2. Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

Although we do not accept returns, you may request a refund or replacement under the following circumstances:

  • The product arrives damaged, contaminated, or with a broken safety seal.
  • You receive an incorrect item.
  • Your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe and cannot be located with the carrier.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 calendar days after receiving your order, including clear photos of the product and its original packaging.

🌱 3. Refund Request Process

Please email soporte@coffeecloudhn.com with the subject:
“Refund Request”

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

📦 4. Returned or Refused Shipments

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal by the customer, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

If the issue was caused by us or the carrier, we will cover all costs and send a replacement at no additional charge.

💳 5. Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of purchase, before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once the order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
