Shipping Policy — Coffee Cloud HN

At Coffee Cloud HN, we are committed to delivering high-quality Honduran artisanal coffee, carefully roasted and packaged in small batches to preserve its natural freshness.
Each order is prepared with care and precision to ensure an authentic experience from the very first cup.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only (including all states and major territories).
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


🚚 2. Processing & Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once shipped, estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location.

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS or USPS, based on availability and efficiency in your area.

During high-demand periods or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. If so, you will be notified via email.


💳 3. Shipping Costs

  • Orders under $60 USD: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight and delivery address.
  • Orders of $60 USD or more: Free shipping within the United States.

There are no hidden fees or additional charges beyond those shown at checkout.


📦 4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package.

If you do not receive your tracking confirmation within 24 hours after shipment, please check your spam folder or contact us.


🏠 5. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly.

Coffee Cloud HN is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

🌱 6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or is lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You will need to provide clear photos of the product and packaging for evaluation.

If the issue is confirmed, we will either:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund, as applicable.
