At Coffee Cloud HN, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in the quality of our specialty Honduran coffee and stand behind every order we ship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns on opened bags or products that have been used. However, if your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right — please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@coffeecloudhn.cafe within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
